We do not, however, exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. None of your statutory rights are affected.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our services and their potential outcomes. There is no guarantee that any individual or organisation will achieve a specific goal, transformation, or change as a result of our coaching, training, audits, or consultancy. We do not position our services as a guarantee of a particular result.
Our coaching, training, and consultancy services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not medical professionals, and nothing provided as part of our services should be treated as clinical or medical guidance. If you have concerns about symptoms or your health, you should consult a qualified medical practitioner. Our workplace consultancy services are intended to support good practice and do not constitute legal advice. Organisations remain responsible for obtaining independent legal advice on compliance with their statutory obligations.
Payment
Fees for our services are as set out in our current pricing structure, or as agreed in your proposal or booking confirmation. We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on any of our fees.
One-to-one coaching sessions and session blocks are payable in advance of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Workplace audits, reports, workshops, and consultancy engagements are invoiced as set out in your proposal, typically with a deposit on booking and the balance due on or before delivery. Annual partnership and retainer arrangements are invoiced in line with the agreed schedule.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or delay delivery of services where payment is overdue, and to charge interest on overdue sums at the annual rate of 4% above the Bank of England base lending rate, accruing daily.
All products, materials, and resources provided as part of our services remain our property and are not to be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
We do not accept payment in the form of cheques.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Workplace Audits, Reports, Workshops, and Consultancy Engagements:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the agreed delivery date will be refunded in full, less any costs already reasonably incurred.
Cancellations made within 14 days but more than 48 hours before the agreed delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date may be charged in full.
We will always try to find a mutually convenient alternative date before applying a cancellation fee.
Individual Coaching Sessions:
A full refund is available if a session is cancelled up to 24 hours before the session is due to take place. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, will be treated as used and are non-refundable.
Coaching Session Blocks (5 or 10 session packages):
The deposit or first session payment is non-refundable once the first session has taken place. Unused sessions within a block remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and may, at our discretion, be rescheduled, but are not eligible for a cash refund once the block has commenced.
Annual Partnership and Retainer Arrangements:
You may cancel an annual partnership at any time by emailing our team, giving 30 days notice. We do not offer refunds on annual partnership fees already invoiced, but you will continue to have access to the agreed services until the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current invoiced period.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
